MBTI – My profile

MBTI Introduction to type workshop. The participants will learn about four pairs of preferences (Extraversion/Introversion; Sensing/iNtuition; Thinking/Feeling; Judging/Perceiving), perform self-assessment, compare it to the results of MBTI® questionnaire, discover how they can be perceived by others.

MBTI – In the grip of stress

Next to “Introduction to type” workshop, this module is the most favorite module for all the participants. It gives deep understanding of own’s profile, how we behave in stressful situations and teaches how to control negative emotions.

  • You will understand the difference between positive and negative stress and how it impacts our effectiveness
  • You will learn different reactions to stress and when they occur
  • You will learn to recognize three types of behaviors “superhero”, “only human” and “monster”
  • You will prepare the description of your own behaviors in stressful situations
  • You will learn how to control negative emotions and how to read the emotions of others

MBTI – Team work

 This module is tailor-made to the client’s needs. It is delivered in the form for supervisors and managers (team management), as well as for the whole teams (how to work effectively in the teams).

This module is tailor-made to the client’s needs, including the exercises specific to the particular organization. The exercises may include preparing and delivering presentations, practicing discussions with clients or stakeholders, enhancing everyday communication in the company.

Only few of us approach the change with the words “Super, let’s do it”. Others either try to wait through it or perceive change as threat – the enemy to fight with. How to embrace change – how to take the bull by the horns and make sure it acts to our benefit.

Effective recruitment

Workshop tailor-made to needs of the client. The participants will all the steps of the effective recruitment and selection process: from defining the profile of the candidate all the way to onboarding of the newly hired employee.
